A jazz, R 'n B, and reggae concert as well as a grassroots gathering for information on renewables and energy efficiency. Organized by the youth members of SEEED - Socially Equal Energy Efficient Development - a nonprofit organization working to create green jobs and energy efficiency programs for Knoxville's low and moderate income residents.
