It must be some sort of automotive Viagra.

I grew up within a mile of this little Mom & Pop market. It used to be known as the Karns Amoco, a full service station. Many many new owners later it has become a BP dealer.

My older brother worked there for a short while when they sold Esso and it was a local hangout for teens. He hand-painted a small honey bee on the trunk of his '55 Pontiac followed by the name 'Esso Bee'. It never could compete with 'Jerry's Cherry', a friend's '56 Bel Air coupe.
