More and more of the Black license plates are appearing in Tennessee.

The Black license plates fund "The Millennial Debt Foundation’s management of educating the public on the need for fiscal stewardship in government."

The Millennial Debt Foundations claim to "exist to to lead a generational conversation about fiscal stewardship." The founder is the son of Zach Wamp.

They must be doing some pretty good marketing to the conservative base. I knew nothing about these license plates until seeing them on cars. I'm pretty sure I can think of many different license plates to sponsor much better causes.
