Jacobs doesn't represent the majority of Knox County. But the majority of Knox County voters didn't vote, so I guess they don't care.

On a more positive note, Helsley had the strongest showing of any Democratic challenger in recent memory. So that's something. Baby steps...

A sad result. Why do 90% of registered voters think it's ok to not vote? Of course, they could be happy with the downward spiral of Knox County.

10.4% to 8.4% sounds better than 55% to 45%. So there's that.
