Why would anyone want to live next to a stadium with so much lights and noise all the time?! Speaking of which, every concert and sporting situation I have attended has been way too loud. I used an app DB meter at Disney on Ice and it was 100. Way too loud for young children or anyone.

Thjese are simply perks where the super rich can smooze clients and bribe politicians, and pay athletes under the table in private. The same thing happened to Lake Court apartments, down at Lake Avenue about twenty years ago. God forbid, student housing would ever be located somewhere appropriate.
