I am afraid of where our country is headed. It would seem it is time for Congress to step up and stop the antagonistic, aggressive actions of our Administration. The irrational and irresponsible manner with regard to threats against Iran, saying that a "whole civilization will die" are against any and all civilized societal norms.
We must return to peaceful, tactful, diplomatic actions with the world. Because of our militaristic direction we are creating enemies around the world. In addition, Congress has lost the ability to speak for the people who elected them. Cost of living is hurting the majority of us. The national debt is destroying our credibility. The caustic language used by our Administration is hurting our citizenry. Please protect us. Return us to the great Democracy we have been.
It is time to return to Washington D.C. and do the job you were elected to do. Protect us from within.

Hagerty and Blackburn
Hagerty and Blackburn responded immediately with autobot answers indicating they would review my correspondence
Blackburn, "We will be in touch with a more thorough response as soon possible."
Hagerty, "I have received your message, and I will review and consider it in a timely fashion.
Burchett or Burchett's office took 3 days with the more thorough and considered message.
"Thank you for contacting me regarding comments made by President Trump. It is an honor to serve in Washington on behalf of Tennessee, and I appreciate you taking the time to reach out.
While my office is unable to respond to questions or concerns regarding comments made by President Trump, you may share your remarks directly with him by visiting (link...).
If you have questions regarding legislative matters before Congress or need assistance with a federal agency, please do not hesitate to reach out to my office. If you would like to receive updates from my office, I encourage you to sign up for my newsletter"
He didn't address any of my issues and continues to ignore the damage the president is doing to our country. It would appear it is more important to be a friend of the president as he says on Twitter, "I am honored to have the friendship and the endorsement of @realDonaldTrump".
