Don't mean to be too bent
Don't mean to be too bent out of shape, but aren't their minds already made up (or have been made up for them) for the folks getting appointed?
Smith and Moore on appointments
Actually, there seems to be a deep difference of direction between these two. Larry spoke out yesterday for public involvement, while Scott pushed for a quick decision by commissioners. -- s.

I stand corrected. Good for public involvement.

I do think this meeting is just a "dog and pony" show..no pun intended. Most of the public thinks they had their minds made up on whom was getting appointed the day after the ruling. Unfortunately, most of the public will just sit back and say "there's nothing we can do about it" and let it go at that.
