President says: no mail-in voting and no voting machines

The U.S. President pledged on Monday to issue an executive order to end the use of mail-in ballots and voting machines ahead of the 2026 midterm elections...

In August 2025 after meeting with the president of Russia, the U.S. President "told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that" the president of Russia "told him the 2020 election was “rigged” against him because of mail-in voting..."

The U.S. President also said “And he [president of Russia] said there’s not a country in the world that uses it now."

That is entirely false. "the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance notes that 34 countries allow some form of postal voting..." Including Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and Switzerland.

What is going on?!?!?
